This was supposed to be done by the time of Makoto's birthday at August 29, but technical issues and dissatisfaction with interpolation gets on the way, so happy belated birthday, Makoto!

It also serves as my testing ground for Unreal Engine's control rig + sequencer animation workflow. Suffice to say it is an uncharted territory for me, little did I know how I had to fight with Unreal's weird interpolations. Tweening is also rather tough to do. It's not as easily tweakable as in Blender or even SFM. I heard Epic improving it in UE5, but I'll have to wait for 5.1 so things can settle down when I brought over source code modifications.

I'm not too happy with how it turned out, but I had to call it done for the memes.
