In this week’s video we are talking Buffalo Chicken Dip! This is absolutely one of my favorite dips to make on the grill!! It’s a great dish for serving up on game day or heck any day for that matter. Easy to throw together and trust me the only thing you will have to worry about is if you have enough chips. Let’s get to cooking!

Cook Temp: 350°
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes

What you need:
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup franks red hot
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
1 cup cheddar (shredded)

Start by adding your cream cheese, ranch dressing, and franks red hot to a bowl. Mix that together to break up the cream cheese and get it blended. Then you want to just fold in your cooked shredded chicken. Once that is mixed add in your shredded cheese and give it a mix. Now add that mixture to a skillet, disposable pan, Pyrex, whatever dish you are comfortable putting on the smoker. Fire up the grill and get it dialed in at 350°, then toss the dip on. Cook about 20-30 minutes, just until the cheese is bubbling and you start to get a little brown on top. Pull it off the grill and top with chives, blue cheese, or nothing at all! Grab and bag of chips. Enjoy!!
