This sauce is called 'dalac bilaash' in Somali. There are many ways to make it. Some people prefer it to be watery, but I like it nice and chunky. It can be eaten on the side with rice, with bread, added to your salads, or even used as sauce for your pasta. I am so excited to share one of my childhood recipes with you. Hope you enjoy!
