भडंग मुरमुरे / murmura
1 वाटी तेल / 1 bowl oil
1 वाटी शेंगदाणे / 1 bowl peanuts
1 वाटी कडिपत्ता / 1 bowl curry leaves
1/2 वाटी लसूण / 1/2 bowl garlic
1/4 वाटी डाळ्या / 1/4 bowl dalya (dalia)
2 tsp धने / 2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp जीरे / 1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp बडीशेप / 1tsp saunf
3 चमचे लाल तिखट / 3 spoons red chilli powder
1चमचा कांदा लसूण मसाला / 1 spoon onion garlic masala
1 चमचा गरम मसाला / 1 spoon garam masala
1/4 tsp हींग / 1/4 tsp hing
1/2 tsp हळद / 1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp मीठ / 1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp काळ मीठ / 1/2 tsp black salt
2 चमचे पिठी साखर / 2 spoon fine sugar
