गोळी इडली हा एक पारंपारिक आणि स्वादिष्ट नाश्ता आहे जो फक्त १५ मिनिटांत तयार करता येतो. हा नाश्ता तुम्हाला आणि तुमच्या कुटुंबाला नक्कीच आवडेल.

साहित्य (Ingredients):

तांदळाचे पीठ - 2 कप

पाणी - 2 कप

मीठ

तूप - 1 चमचा


कृती (Procedure):

1. सर्वप्रथम गॅस वरती एका भांड्यामध्ये पाणी गरम करायला ठेवा आणि त्यामध्ये तूप आणि मीठ घाला. पाण्याला उकळी येऊ द्या.


2. पाण्याला उकळी आल्यानंतर त्यामध्ये तांदळाचे पीठ घालून मिसळून घ्या त्यावर झाकण ठेवा.


3. गॅस बंद करून 2 मिनिटे तसेच ठेवा नंतर पीठ मळून घ्या आणि त्याचे छोटे छोटे गोळे बनवून 7-8 मिनिटे वाफवून घ्या.


4. नंतर आवडीनुसार त्यामध्ये पोडी आणि तूप टाकून मिक्स करा किंवा तडका द्या.


5. खायला तयार आहे गोळी इडली.



Ingredients:

Rice flour - 2 cups

Water - 2 cups

Salt

Ghee - 1 tsp


Procedure:

1. Firstly, heat water in a pot on the stove and add ghee and salt. Let the water come to a boil.


2. Once boiling, add rice flour to the water and mix well. Cover it with a lid.


3. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 minutes. Then, knead the dough and make small balls.


4. Steam the balls for 7-8 minutes.


5. Mix with podi and ghee or give a tempering as per your preference. Goli Idli is ready to eat.
