Couples Resorts' Tower Isle is Jamaica's original all-inclusive resort, the brainchild of Jamaican hotelier Abe Issa, who established it in 1949, and rebranded it as an all-you-can-everything playground in 1978. Today, the resort is as appealing as ever, offering a classic Caribbean all-inclusive vacation, minus the kids and plus plenty of 21st-century perks.
