Tokyo Kagurazaka has several regular festivals, one of them is Bakeneko festival in the mid of October, where bakeneko literally means ghost cat. It's one of Halloween parades variants but limited to cat costumes. Anyone can participate if wear a cat costume and pay 700 yen. The parade takes place between Kagurazaka station and big cross on the way to Iidabashi station. Besides the parade there are other local events between the cross and Iidabashi station.
