The 'carbon credit project' is a project designed by Kairali Agriculture Multi-State Co-Operative Society Ltd for the welfare of the farmer members of the society. Through this project, the members will be benefited from improved sustainable farming in their lands and also get cash incentives from carbon credit trading.
Through this project the society will act as a consultant for:
1. Implementing sustainable farming on the farmer’s land
2. Implementing scientific methods for increasing carbon sequestration, yield, and soil health.
3. Design and implementation of carbon credit generation projects, getting the carbon credits verified by international standards, and trading the carbon credits.
