The Gourmia Dual Basket air fryer comes with two 5QT baskets, giving you a cooking capacity of 10QT. The angled touchscreen is user-friendly and has the same cooking functions as the previous models I have reviewed. The cooking functions are Air fry, bake, roast, dehydrate and reheat.

Selecting the Smart Finish feature will sync the end times of both baskets so foods are ready at the same time.

The Match Cook feature applies the same settings across both baskets for one large batch, pressing this button first allows you to set your time and temp once and the second basket will match the same setting.

It’s always a good idea to clean and run the air fryer empty before using it to remove the plastic smell from the air fryer.

I also found if you leave the air fryer open to air out for a couple of hours before using it will help eliminate the plastic smell of the air fryer.

I tried the smart finish feature when cooking air fryer T-bone steak and roasted potatoes in the air fryer.

I also made air fryer donuts and they came out wonderful, I was truly impressed.
