There are several rules implemented by the Korean Immigration regarding to an EPS who is working in other factory as part time job, once he/she was caught by the authority like the Immigration, the worst punishment could be a DEPORTATION, because doing a part time job when you have an E9 visa here in South Korea is NOT ALLOWED!
