When India won the chess olympiad 2024, a lot of people congratulated the players. A few of them congratulated the coach of the game. But there were 2 individuals who could be missed. They were the seconds/assistant coaches of the team. For the women's team they were GM Swayams Mishra and GM Arjun Kalyan. Although, they were not much in limelight, the work done by them was absolutely mammoth. In this interview Dr. Vidhi Karelia speaks to both of them to understand how they contributed to Team India's success.
