Join us for a True Crime Story as we tell the story of comedian Phil Hartman, who was murdered by his wife Brynn in Los Angeles,, California. Phil Hartman was a comedian who got his start at the Hollywood, CA based comedy group The Groundlings, where he helped Paul Reubens develop his character, Pee-wee Herman. Phil Hartman also co-wrote the film Pee-wee's Big Adventure and made recurring appearances as Captain Carl on Reuben's show Pee-wee's Playhouse. His talent took him all the way to SNL (Saturday Night Live), The Simpsons, News Radio and more.

Sadly, Phil Hartman was murdered by his wife on May 28th, 1998 in the home that they shared in Encino, CA. This is their story.
