How to make Japanese style fried eggplant.

Eggplant season is from summer to autumn.
Japanese eggplant is small, soft and delicious.

Cook politely and simply.

8: 1: 1: 2 soup stock recipe
Dashi 120cc
1 tablespoon soy sauce (15cc)
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce(15cc)
2 tablespoons mirin(30cc)
