In this video I show you how to make a Spatchcock Chicken! This is one of the Best way to make whole chicken because it cooks faster, crispier and allows you to season more of the meat directly! I also show you how to make an awesome gravy from the Spine and all the drippings!

Ingredients:
1 small to medium chicken
1 Onion
1 tablespoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon of Paprika

Cook time: 45-60 Minutes at 450 degrees (depends on the size of your bird)
