Ingredients:-

Dosa batter
•Rava - 50g
•Rice flour - 150g
•Yogurt (curd) - 3tbsp
•salt to taste
•Sugar - 1tsp (for dosa colour)

Peanut chutney
•Roasted peanuts - 100g
•Tamarind - 10g
•Ginger - 10g
•Dry red chilli - 2
•Salt to taste

$Finally tempering (Thalippu) for chutney
•mustard seeds & Urid dhal
•Curry leaves
•Red chilli
•oil
