Highlights from the 20th Tinian Hot Pepper Festival, a.k.a. PIKA FEST, that was held on Feb. 16 - 17, 2024. The festival pays homage to Tinian's tiny yet potent "donni sali" hot pepper and boasts the spiciest assortment of acvities in The Marianas.
