Today, I'm sharing my latest meal prep. As a follower of Dr. John McDougall's Starch Solution, I've learned that one of the best ways to achieve success following a whole food plant based lifestyle is to prep food at least a few times a week.
I hope you'll laugh along with me. I'm fairly new to editing videos for Youtube. While there are things I will do differently for the next video, I still worked hard on this one and wanted to share it with you.
I love eating this way and have had enormous success doing so. Hopefully, I can inspire you to new successful heights of your own.
