BAHAN:
1 Ekor Ayam (Aku Pakai Yg Ayam Negri Dengan Berat 1 1/2 Kg )
1 Buah Jeruk Nipis
Garam Secukupnya

BAHAN BUMBU HALUS KUNING:
6 Siung Bawang Putih
6 Siung Bawang Merah
2 Ruas Kunyit
5 Butir Kemiri
2 Sdm Ketumbar dan merica
2 Batang Serai jika ada
1 Ruas Lengkuas
1 Ruas Jahe
7 cabai
3 Lembar Daun Jeruk
Penyedap secukupnya
Kecap Secukupnya Untuk Olesan jika mau
BAHAN SAMBAL GORENG :
35 Buah Cabai Rawit Merah
1 Buah Tomat
3 siung Bawang Putih
2 Siung Bawang Merah
Minyak Untuk Menggoreng untuk Menumis Secukupnya
1 Sdt Garam
1/2 Sdt Kaldu Ayam Bubuk
3 Sdt Gula Pasir
Jeruk nipis di belah jadi dua untuk pengharum, jika ada
Daun kemangi secukupnya jika suka

INGREDIENT:
1 Chicken (I use the Negri Chicken with a weight of 1 1/2 Kg)
1 Lime Fruit
Salt to taste

YELLOW FINE INGREDIENTS:
6 cloves of garlic
6 cloves of red onion
2 Sections of Turmeric
5 Pecans
2 Tbsp Coriander and Pepper
2 lemongrass stalks if available
1 Segment of Galangal
1 Segment of Ginger
7 chilies
3 Sheets of Orange Leaves
Sufficient seasoning
Sufficient soy sauce for spread if you want
FRIED SAMAL INGREDIENTS:
35 Red Chili Peppers
1 Tomato
3 cloves of Garlic
2 Spring onions
Oil for Frying for Saute to taste
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
3 Tbsp Sugar
Lime is split in half for fragrance, if any
Basil leaves to taste if you like
