To celebrate one of the best holidays of the year, I decided to make an acrylic painting tutorial on how to paint a scary jack o'lantern landscape scene! If you are the kind of person that likes to do some Halloween crafts during this festive time of year, this might be a fun tutorial for you to try! You can tell by this video that I love love love halloween and love make spooky themed art on occasion, so I hope you enjoy making this painting just as much as I did!

In this video we focus on color and composition rather than on blending and realism, which is kinda my usual. We use a technique of layer color on top of its self to create what looks like blending but actually isn't. This is a great way to work on your "blending" skills with acrylics.
