After all these years, you can finally buy a Rotring 600 Twist Retractable ballpoint pen again, except this this time it's called the Rotring 800 Ballpoint. Right now they are selling through retailers in Japan for about $100. An original goes over over $400 generally.

Note, when you buy one of these don't get too excited and buy a Rotring 800 mechanical pencil ( https://amzn.to/2K9uVpW )! They look really similar.
