Kampala has changed a lot in the last 30 years. Now you can find lakeside resorts, rooftop bars and fancy houses that will set you back a cool million. I decided I would take a casual tour through the richest neighborhoods of the city, Munyonyo and Muyenga, and see what I would find. In the end I just got drunk.
