Eyüp Sultan Sofrası
A restaurant run by brothers in Istanbul, the largest city in Turkey. The restaurant serves typical Turkish foods such as Adana kebab and lahmacun (thin bread with minced meat topping). It is an at-home restaurant loved by locals in Yedikule, located in the suburbs of Istanbul.
The brothers told us about the bread made there, how it is made, the sourdough in the easternmost city of Ağrı where they were born, and the Importance of bread for Turks and Turkish cuisine.
