INGREDIENTS

-Jhinge machha - 200g
Soyabean 1 cup
-Ginger-2 tbsp
-Garlic-12-13 cloves
-Tomato puree-2 tbsp
-Tomato paste-2 tbsp
-Lemon juice-1 tbsp
-Tamarind puree-1 tbsp
-Salt to taste
-Cumin powder-1 tsp
-Mix spices-1 tsp (Cardamom, cloves and black pepper )
-Chilli flakes-2 tbsp
-Oil
