Sole official release from Randy Ludacer's Cargo Cult. Concrete Island was released on the short lived Public Records in 1987. The band was formed by Randy Ludacer in 1984, and was made up of Ex-Green Scene (Randy's previous band) members. Latin Rock, Bossnova, 80's UK Style Indie are the key ingredients for this one. Fun stuff.
