Many a times people ask me this question "What is the best place to visit in Himachal Pradesh?" I feel confused in answering it because the entire state best and beautiful. Himachal Pradesh is blessed with few of the famous tourist places or hill stations in India including Shimla and Manalai. And, if you are looking to explore something that is not so famous and offbeat then I totally recommend Jibhi. Jibhi is a tiny village located in Banjar Valley of Himachal Pradesh. It is so small that you will see only a group of few houses, tucked up in the hills mostly hidden from the outside world. Located at a distance of about 100 kilometers from Manali, 160 kilometers from Shimla and 70 kilometers from Mandi. Jibhi is known for its beautiful waterfall and also offers the base point to explore the famous Tirthan Valley of Himachal Pradesh.

A little abead of Jibhi is Jalori Pass where you can expect heavy snowfall in Winters. Jalori Pass mostly remains closed in extreme winters due to heavy snowfall and opens only for a few weeks. Try your luck in the coming winters and I got lucky to have got the chance to visit Jalori Pass in December end where I witnessed the forst snowfall of my life.
