ప్రతీ ఆవరణకి , ఆ ఆవరణ symbol మీద అంకెలను (numbers) సూచించిన క్రమంలో సాధన /ధ్యానం చేయవలెను.

We have provided slides in this video indicating numbers for every aavarana in the chakra- to be helpful for Srichakra Sadhana.
The "names" in the stotram should be sung by meditating upon the numbers in the order, for best results.
