So I decided to get the "heavy duty" steamer because I needed to steam my couch due to a little bug problem my neighbors have that have migrated to my apartment, but I also have other uses for it.

Let me start off by saying that I adore this thing. The hose is long enough that I don't have to hold the "body" close to whatever I'm working at. I've steamed my parent's couch, my couch, my car, my bed, all the floors (it comes with an awesome mop attachment!) and my bathroom shower doors. I tend to put a drop or two of Essential Oil into the steamer when I'm beginning and everything smells super nice. It wheels along after me without any issues and all the attachments make my life easy.

Now I figure I'll mention this- I've got ONE beef with this thing. THERE IS NO HANDLE! I have to bear hug this thing to pick it up and sometimes it's rather warm. At first I thought you could just use the hose rest as a handle but alas it pops right out if you lift it with that.

So.... altogether it works really well. My parents actually liked mine so much that they are planning on getting one and I have a friend who keeps borrowing mine to do her moping with. It was pricey and I was leery at spending this much on a steamer- but so far I actually think it was worth it. (Oh also- our bug "issue" is WAY better. I just have to do regular treatments since they are coming down from the neighbor, but generally they are gone from our apartment.)
