Unfortunately, I had plans to take the train but it turned out there was an urgent need so I had to refund the train ticket. You can't cancel your train ticket on Traveloka directly in the Traveloka application. So you have to be helped by the official PT Kai application, namely Access by Kai. If you cancel the train ticket you bought on Traveloka, you have to move to the Access by Kai application first, then process the train ticket refund. for more details, watch this video.
