In this video I show how to remove the front cover on the 3.0L 12v Vulcan engine. Coolant leak from the main coolant ports is very common on these. This can be a very costly repair, with this video I am sure anyone with any mechanical experience can handle this job with ease.
Torque Specs-
Front Cover-
Tighten bolts in the sequence shown.
Tighten numbers 1-7 to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Tighten numbers 8-12 to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
