I wanted to slow down even the editing of this vlog, really embrace the moments of silence whilst showing that yes this day was simple, boring even but it's real, a lot of my days off look like this. I'm lost in my own world(my mind) as I potter around my home/garden or snuggled under a blanket reading a book. I'm a hermit at heart so this is ideal for me, I thrive in this environment. But as most do, I still can find myself tangled in the web of the collective consciousness, feeling that I should always be doing more. I am unlearning this habit of thought and its days like this that I thrive in the magic of the present moment.
