How do you make your backbends feel good and not bunchy or crunchy? Simple! Take the bend out of your lower back! 😆 The key is to improve the flexibility in your shoulders/hipflexor/upper/middle back so that the low back doesn't take all the pressure and do all the work!
Here are 4 movements, if done consistently, that help improve your back-bend practice!
