Join us on an unforgettable family adventure as we explore Kompong Som Province, also known as Sihanoukville, in Cambodia! In this video, we take you along on our journey from Phnom Penh to the beautiful coastal city of Sihanoukville.

Day 1: Departure and Arrival

Early Morning Start: On December 23, 2022, we set off from Phnom Penh on National Road Number 4, embarking on a scenic road trip with our family of seven.
Breakfast in Kompong Speu: Around 8 am, we stopped at a restaurant in Kompong Speu Province for a hearty breakfast to fuel our adventure.
Visiting Sre Ombel Commune: We made a meaningful stop to visit a cousin's friend, enjoying a delicious lunch before continuing our journey.
Arrival in Sihanoukville: After a few more hours on the road, we arrived in Sihanoukville and immediately began exploring its iconic landmarks.

Exploring Sihanoukville

Love Tree and Khmer Can I Statue: Our first stops included admiring the Love Tree and the Khmer Can I Statue, capturing the essence of local culture and traditions.
Preah Thorng Tong Sbai Park: We immersed ourselves in the tranquility of Preah Thorng Tong Sbai Park, surrounded by natural beauty.
Beach Experience: The highlight of our day was relaxing at the expansive and picturesque sea beach, where we spent quality time enjoying the sun and sand.
Dinner with Friends: In the evening, we dined at a local restaurant with friends, savoring delicious cuisine and sharing stories.
Late-night Soup: Before retiring for the night, we enjoyed comforting soup at another restaurant, ending our day on a cozy note.

Day 2: Beach Fun and Reflections

Morning at the Beach: After a refreshing breakfast, we returned to the sea beach to soak in more sun and enjoy leisure activities.
Sharing Experiences: We cherished moments of bonding and reflection, sharing life experiences and creating lasting memories.
Exploring Nearby Attractions: Before heading back to Phnom Penh, we visited other charming spots in Sihanoukville, enriching our travel experience.

Conclusion

Return Journey: On December 24, 2022, we concluded our trip and safely returned to Phnom Penh around 4 pm, reminiscing about our wonderful time in Kompong Som Province.
