It's finally time for my 90 Day Evaluation...

I wish I could say that Chester County Intermediate Unit honored their policy of "no discrimination or retaliation". But...that's definitely not the case.

So here's Part 5 of my story. We wrapped up Part 4 with the meeting with HR Mary and HR Danielle (January 15, 2021) sharing their findings of their "investigation." I must say I was quite impressed with the way I stood up for myself...which clearly made the good people at the CCIU PISSED with the fact that I didn't just shut up and go away.

In Part 5 I am walking you through what happened after the meeting with HR and the assignment of additional supervision because, you know, I'm so hard to manage that I need 2 supervisors to push in to take care of me. You'll meet Noreen, Johnna's supervisor who unfortunately...

Personally, this is where the trauma really begins to shine through for me. But I'll let you be the judge. You tell me in the comments what you think about Noreen and how she handled my 90 day review. I'm quite interested in your thoughts.
