Idli is a very popular South Indian breakfast dish. It is one of the best breakfast in the world as it is steam cooked and also nutritious.But many have trouble making soft idlis. In this video I am sharing what I do to make soft and spongy idlis. I am making idlis for more than 2 decades and it has never failed me. Hence wanted to share all what I follow to make perfect batter for soft idlis. This batter can be used to make idli, dosa, uthappam and paniyarams.
