Damaru Hara Kara Baje is a traditional composition in Hindi describing the dichotomous nature of Shiva as he dances with his rattle drum, the damaru. The drum speaks, "hara kara" as Shiva dances with vigor and grace, smeared with ashes and adorned with serpents, he radiates beauty.
