In this video I show you how I make my Home Made Strawberry Cake with Home Made Strawberry Frosting.

This recipe is so simple to make.The frosting is out of this world "AWESOME". A hit with my family!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
I am using Two (2) Nine 9-inch pans
2 sticks of Room Temp Butter
2-cups of Sugar
1 3oz. package of Strawberry Jello
Mix until combined
Stiff together 2 1/2 tsp baking powder and
2- 3/4 cup of cake flour (leave off to the side)
4 -Eggs at Room Temp add eggs to your mixture mix
1- cup of Room Temp milk (alternate flour mixture/ then milk until all combined)
add in 1 Tbs-vanilla extract
1/2- cup of pureed strawberries and mix until combined...divid mixture into TWO baking dishes, coated with butter or cooking spray.


Frosting:

2-sticks of Room Temp butter
pinch of salt
mix until fluffy and combined
add in 3 Tbs.-pureed strawberries
1/2-tsp.vanilla extract
2-cups of powdered sugar mix until well combined
