Dr. Darrell Hagar, Vice-Chairman for the Ward Foundation, is also a noted decoy historian and antique decoy collector, specializing in the “Upper Bay” decoys of the Susquehanna Flats/Chesapeake Bay region. In this video Darrell will talk about how he got into collecting, how to discern features of Upper Bay decoys, and provide some tips for folks just getting into this historical hobby.
