I love garlic but I hate peeling them, that's why I went to Costco and bough a 3 pound bag of peeled garlic to make my life a little easier. If you're a fellow garlic enthusiast then you should definitely do the same. But I guess 3 pounds is a lot that's why in today's video I'm going to show you 5 things you can do with a 3-lb bag of peeled garlic which includes how to preserve them and a few other recipes to help you get through them all.

Toum - Lebanese garlic sauce
Makes about 1/2 pint

1/2 cup garlic cloves
salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
200-300 g natural flavor oil ( avocado or grape seed or canola )

Garlic herb compound butter
Makes about 1/2 pint or 8 oz

2 sticks unsalted butter
1/4 cup finely chopped herbs of your choice
3 Tablespoons finely minced garlic
0r 1/4 cup confit garlic
zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon molasses or brown sugar
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
