DAY IN THE LIFE of a fitness instructor with a day off!

My week is built around my schedule as a fitness instructor, so I thought I would bring you along for one of my days off. I usually try to squeeze in as much as possible, but there was a slight hiccup in the day that threw me off. Still made it to the grocery store, to a workout, and made some bomb food. Also a peak into how I stay productive day to day.
