How to install the Picodrive Emulator on the Nintendo 3DS!

* Unzip the Folders Contents, then take the Picodrive_3ds.cia file and place it on your cias Folder on your SD Card!
* Take the Picodrive.PNG file & place it on the root of your SD card!
* Create a Roms folder and place all of your roms in the Picodrive folder!
* This emulator runs Sega, sega genesis, sega cd, etc...
* Install the emulator cia file using FBI application!
