White Willow Bark is great for headaches and backaches!

You will need..
Organic White Willow Back - (MountainRoseHerbs.com)
Vodka

Fill a jar 1/5 full of white willow
cover in vodka - fill to top
Store in a cool dark place for 2-3 months
Shake 1x per day for 2 weeks

Strain
Put in dark jar(s)
30-60 drops in a small amount of water up to 3x per day.
