On 15 October 2014 a woman who had lived in a terraced house for two years received a call around 8pm. The caller, in a weird voice, said "Go into the loft and fina a doll named Valentine and light a candle for him or lose a loved one."
The previous tenant of the flat is dead and had lived there for forty years. He was a pensioner when he passed away. Only 6 people know the woman's number and I'm checking these people out. I don't think the woman is a hoaxer as she is terrified and I know from long experience when someone is truly afraid of something. The house in question is a terraced one in Anfield, and oddly enough, the house next door has a long history of hauntings and poltergeist activity including the sounds of something walking heavy in the loft at night.
I wanted to take the doll off the woman but she thinks she'll have bad luck or be cursed if the thing's removed. My torch failed when I went up into the loft on my own, and I had to ask the woman if he had a torch; she didn't, so she gave me a tea light. When I picked up "Valentine" he seems to be made of papier mache and has a really horrible aroma. the doll was quite heavy and is swathed in old black cloth, some of it has cobwebs around it. The eyes were very weird and looked as if they were about to open. The long nose of this doll reminded me of the ghostly clown "Zozzaby" only the nose is thinner on this doll. I'll go back to the loft if I'm allowed and get some better footage soon.
