ATHLETIC WORKOUT - DYNAMIC SESSION
Let's get it started with athletic workout! This session is about fundamentals of endurance, strength , speed, coordination and flexibility. Within 5 excersises you will focus on these main skill components. Let's bring it on! 30 minutes workout with Rebecca Barthel.
As you already know our workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do these workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger, better and happier.
You can also complete this workout while being at the gym!
