Going to do a bit of a social experiment. This is me at 55, a bit before my birthday. My goal is to get back down to 1% body fat (not been that low for a few years) so I have the perfect aerodynamic shape for skydiving (tracking), well for me anyway. Showing start of journey now and see where it takes me.
