Ingredients:
10 cups of water
2 cups of squash, sliced
6 pcs okra, sliced diagonally
2 pcs eggplants, sliced diagonally
1 cup of green ganas leaves (or you can use any green leafy vegetables like malungay or pechay)
1 cup of Malabar Night Shade (alugbati)
1 cup of string beans (batong), quartered
1 medium ginger sliced
1 onion, sliced
Seasoning and Salt to taste
4-5 pcs of any fried fish
