Step by step how to make the perfect scones

Correction meant 1/4 cup of butter NOT 3/4 cup!

Recipe
1/3 Cup Sugar 66 grahams
1 medium or small Lemon zest
Work zest into sugar
2 Cups sifted flour 250 grahams
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 Cup blueberries
1 Cup Cream or 3/4 Cup
1 Extra Large Egg
Mix with Spatula or Metal Spoon
Layer into squares 5 or 7 times
Disk 7 inches, cut into 8 quarters
Put in freezer for at least 30 minutes
Brush with cream and optional sanding sugar
Bake at 400 degrees F 12-14 min

Icing
1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1 TBSP of Lemon Juice
