On August 18, 2016, cadets completing the General Training course at Connaught Cadet Training Centre had the unique experience to fly in a CH-147F Chinook Helicopter from 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron. One of the helicopter pilots, Captain Aaron Stafrace, speaks to his own experience in the Air Cadet Program and the transferable skills it provided him toward his own career path.
