I’ve got something special for you today – a new yoga class, The Booty! 💪 What I loved most about this 40-minute practice was the mix of stretching and athletic pushes. Sometimes we don’t feel like lifting weights, and other times we want more movement than just traditional yoga poses. This class combines the best of both worlds.

Here’s what to expect:

A dynamic yoga flow with a few athletic pushes
Some cardio and strength training focused on your booty and abs
Moves that will make your glutes stronger, rounder, and sexier 🍑
This class won’t hurt you, but it will definitely challenge you and help you build strength and flexibility. If you’re looking to add a little variety to your routine, this one’s for you!
