Managed to get my hands on one of the Smith and Jones Bible Publishers Preaching Bibles. I have to confess the materials they used are impressive. It is the natural grain Sokoto Goatskin cover, and a Calfskin liner. The most mind blowing feature is the 22K Gold page edge gilding. That is pretty wow. It has 45 GSM paper, which makes it thick and heavy. They used the Scofield layout, and left the reference and notes section blank for personal notes.
