A while ago, I took Sharif on a matjip tour around my hometown of Daejeon
얼마 전, 제가 제 고향 대전 인근으로 Sharif를 데리고 맛집 투어를 했어요.
and now I finally have the chance to explore some of his favorite spots in Seoul.
그리고 드디어 그의 서울 최애 장소들을 탐방할 기회가 생겼어요.
But nothing would prepare me for the incredible food journey that Sharif had prepared for me.
Sharif가 저를 위해 준비한 엄청난 음식 투어는 그 누구도 하지 못할 거예요.
My first stop was at his favorite kimchi jjigae matjip
저의 첫 번째 목적지는 그의 최애 김치찌개 맛집이었고
located in a tiny alleyway, Gwangwhamun-Jip
광화문집이라는 작은 골목에 자리잡고 있는 곳인데
serves up Korea's staple kimchi stew.
한국의 대표적인 김치찌개를 파는 곳이에요.
And Sharif can't stop talking to me about this place,
그리고 Sharif와 저는 그 식당에 대해서 계속 얘기했어요.
so I know it must be special.
그래서 특별한 곳이라는 것을 알았어요
